About Jan Hein Bakkers
Jan Hein Bakkers is a senior research manager in IDC's European Telecommunications and Networking team, based in Amsterdam. He is responsible for IDC's coverage of fixed-data services in Western Europe. This includes business network services, like IP VPN and Ethernet services, as well as next generation access and other Internet access services. Jan Hein is one of the lead analysts for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Enterprise Communications and Collaboration Services and the Benelux Enterprise Communications and Services programs, as well as a regulator contributor to the EMEA Internet and Mobile Services program.
