New research, from the Cloud Industry Forum (CIF), finds financial services organisations are using more cloud-based services than ever before though skills shortages and security concerns are inhibiting progress. The research surveyed 250 IT and business decision makers from UK-based financial services organisations-focusing on companies with 50 employees or more that had average IT procurement budgets of £8 million per year--and found although 78% of financial services business have a digital transformation strategy, 64% stated that they lack the skills they need for successful implementation.
